SCHMELZMETALL AG is the main production site for our alloys HOVADUR® and HOVADUR® K. In Gurtnellen, our experts also deal with the metallurgy of our alloys. The correct composition of the different elements of the alloy is constantly developed and controlled in order to produce the optimal alloy for our customers.

SSCHMELZMETALL Deutschland GmbH organizes the worldwide sale of our HOVADUR® alloys and our brands HOVADUR®, HOVATOP®, HOVABOND® and HOVAVENT®. Due to our central stock, we are able to supply you a wide range of semi-finished products quickly from stock. We also produce finished parts according to your specification in our own machine center.

SCHMELZMETALL Hungária KFT. Is the main production site for our HOVADUR® B alloys. For test casts, we have a small 10 kg vacuum furnace at our disposal. Furthermore, we have our own forge and the possibility to carry out heat treatments ourselves.

- Open die forging with two hammers (750kg / 1000kg strike power)
